为落实市委市政府进一步加快新海新区开发建设步伐的部署，彰显城市特色，形成与国际性海滨城市相匹配的社会服务体系，实现物质文明与精神文明双重跨越，连云港市城市建设投资集团有限责任公司决定于近期开展“凤凰组团沿瀛洲路东四地块统一规划建筑设计”招标活动，诚邀国内外具有丰富经验和卓越水平的设计机构参与。现对本次活动有关事宜公告如下：

一、主办单位
连云港市城市建设投资集团有限责任公司

二、项目概况及规划设计要求
见附件一：连云港市新海新区凤凰组团沿瀛洲路东四地块规划建筑设计技术任务书

三、报名条件
1、设计单位须具有建筑行业建筑工程设计甲级或工程设计综合资质甲级证书，与国内同等资质级别设计院有良好合作关系并在国内有注册地的外资建筑师事务所亦可报名。
2、拟任的项目设计负责人应具备国家一级注册建筑师资质，有类似项目的设计成果，具备较强的规划设计和公共建筑设计能力。
